A Fine 19th Century Portrait Miniature of a Gentleman in a Blue Tunic, Continental Circa 1800

 

 The sitter shown attired in a white shirt & cravat, with a cross-shaped medal pinned to his lapel. Apparently unsigned, set within what appears to be its original velvet & embossed gilt metal frame.

Sight dimensions, 3” high x 2.25” wide, framed dimensions, 5.1/8” high x 4” wide.
