The plaque finely decorated with hand painted enamels depicting a rural landscape with wild horses grazing in a spring meadow set against a background of rolling hills and a calm river. The plaque encased within a conforming wooden frame cradled atop a richly carved wooden base illustrating mythological figures of a Phoenix in one corner and a Dragon in the opposing.
