A Signed Japanese Netsuke of a Pot-Bellied Pig, Showa Period (1926-1989)

 

The hand carved ebony & finely detailed figure of a pot-bellied pig, showing eyes inset with horn cabochon pupils, exhibiting fine graining & colour, a few very minor age cracks. Signed in etched characters on the underside. Measuring 1.1/8” high x 2.25” long.
