A Fine Pair of Early 19th Century Empire Period Mahogany Console Tables, France Circa 1820

Both showing later grey marble tops above a flattened frieze decorated with finely chiselled gilt bronze mounts, raised on squared & & tapering caryatid supports having carved & polychrome decorated features terminating to gilt paw feet fronting mirrored backs, raised overall upon plinth bases.
