A Fine Early 19th Century Gustavian Period Giltwood Pier Mirror, Swedish Circa 1800

The very fine water-gilded frame showing an architectural cornice overtop a frieze decorated with burnished relief-moulded neoclassical motifs, surmounting a very old rectangular plate flanked top & bottom and on both sides by vertical mirrored panels. Dimensions, 48.5” high x 25.75” wide x 3.5” deep.
