A finely executed hand painted portrait miniature on ivory of Louise Augusta of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, Queen of Prussia (1776-1810). Bearing signature LeBrun, for but not by Elisabeth Louise Vigee LeBrun (1755-1842) and titled on the reverse in script Konigen Luise (“Queen Louise”), set within a fine ivory panelled frame.
