A Diminutive Pair of 19th Century Gilt Bronze Candlesticks, Continental Circa 1820

An extremely fine diminutive pair of 19th century Neoclassical gilt bronze candlesticks, both showing urn shaped nozzles over flattened drip pans, mounted atop turned columns rising from cavetto shaped plinths on squared bases. Each of the aforementioned elements are individually cast, gilded & mounted to their original iron weighted bases. Both are in extremely good overall condition, the quality of casting & gilding is exceptional. Dimensions, 5.25” high x 2.75” wide x 2.75” deep.

Although small in scale, this exceptional pair of candlesticks makes a very big statement in any room setting.
