With over 25 years of continuous business experience Ernest Johnson Antiques has made it policy to verify and authenticate items to the best of our ability and that once purchased it is understood that the client is fully satisfied with the item as described by Ernest Johnson Antiques and that all sales are final unless otherwise expressed, in which case please contact us for information regarding returns.
Requests to view items of furniture or large works of art can be easily facilitated for ‘in-situ’ viewings within the city limits for an approval period of 48 hours, during which time the client is fully responsible for any and all losses or damage to that item while ‘in-situ’. Should the item be purchased all delivery costs will be waived, however if the item does not meet with the client’s satisfaction the item will then be returned within 48 hours and the only cost incurred by the client will be that of the shipping costs, which will be clearly stated prior to delivery.
